TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
Upon
starting tuition you will be given a copy of this document
although you may also wish to print this document for your
own reference before tuition begins.
It
is agreed that:
The
instructor shall make their services available to the pupil
for the sole purpose of driving tuition at the rate per lesson
from time to time as agreed.
In
the event of a mechanical breakdown or other cause, the instructor
reserves the right to rearrange lessons to a time convenient
to both parties.
The
instructor will carry motor insurance covering the pupil whilst
driving the tuition vehicle when accompanied by the instructor
or Driving Standards Agency Examiner.
The
lesson fee must be paid in advanced of each lesson.
If
the pupil fails to give the instructor a minimum of two days
notice cancelling a lesson,the pupil may be liable for the lesson
fee in respect to such lesson.
The
pupil agrees that he/she is duly licensed to drive the tuition
vehicle.
Data
Protection Notice
By
submitting your personal information to us, we take it that
you have given us permission to store and use your sensitive
data solely for the purposes for which you have submitted
it. Unless you direct us otherwise we will use your information
for administration, marketing, customer service and profiling
your purchase preferences. We may share your information with
other organisations associated with driver training.
We
may contact you by mail, telephone, SMS or E-Mail to let you
know about any goods, services or promotions which may be
of interest to you.
